Make them pay for the clean-up and then put them out of business!
Hopefully more on that debacle next week - DEP should be filling in some blanks Friday
Cheaper for them to deal with fines and cleanup when there’s a mishap then to actually dispose of waste properly. Imagine how much is undiscovered.
